About the "Advocacy" Project
The project aims to respond to the alarming
escalation in targeting female leaders in Taiz Governorate, exemplified by the
assassination of the Director of the Sanitation and Improvement Fund, Ms.
Aftahan Al-Mashhari, in September 2025. In addition, it seeks to turn this
crisis into an opportunity for advocacy to support government efforts in
strengthening institutional and legal protection for female leaders and

Within this framework, comes the mission of a trainer (in the field of digital security) to build the capacities of (15) participants; this mission aims to provide specialized training on the basics of digital safety and digital security for 15 participants. The training will enable the participants to understand common risks and apply best practices to secure their accounts and devices.
General information about the mission:

security

Contract Type: Service achievement contract for training.
·
Scope of Work: Taiz Governorate – Taiz City
· Number of Participants: 15 female participants from young female leaders in Al-Qahira, Al-Mudhaffar, and Salh districts.
Objective of the mission:
To build the capacities of the women's team (15 participants) and empower them on the basics of digital safety and digital security, and to enhance their awareness and abilities to protect their personal data in the digital environment.
Responsibilities and required tasks:
The trainer is expected to carry out the
following responsibilities and tasks:

Conduct a
training course for (15) participants on "Basics of Digital Security and
Digital Safety" for 3 days.
·
Prepare and
develop a comprehensive training package, including: training session plans,
training agenda, training materials, presentations, activities and applications
(practical exercises), pre- and post-evaluation form templates.
·
Develop the
training material: prepare and develop comprehensive and appropriate training
content for the participants, covering the basics of digital security and
digital safety, and present it in an interactive and engaging manner. The
material and training should cover at least the following main topics:
o Introduction to digital security and common
cyber risks.
o The importance of strong passwords and digital
identity management.
o Recognizing phishing attacks and how to avoid
them.
o Securing mobile devices and personal
computers.
o Online privacy and managing security settings
in applications and platforms.
o Data backup and information recovery.
o Safe handling of public wireless networks.

Evaluate the
participants: design and implement mechanisms to assess the participants'
comprehension of the training material and the effectiveness of the training.
·
Provide support
and advice: offer support and advice to participants during and after the
training period to answer their inquiries and provide necessary guidance.
·
Technical
supervision and support for participants to create and secure a digital
platform.
·
Submit a
comprehensive final report on the training progress within (3) days of the
training completion, including an analysis of pre- and post-evaluation results,
challenges, and future recommendations.
Required outputs:
The trainer is expected to provide the
following outputs:

The training
package, which includes:
o Training session plans: including detailed
objectives for each session, training methods, topics, and the methodology
followed.
o Training agenda.
o Training material.
o Presentations.
o Activities and applications (practical
exercises).
o Pre- and post-evaluation forms.
· Final technical training report: summarizes the participants' evaluation results, the implementation progress of training activities, achieved outcomes, challenges, and future recommendations.
